The success of an organisation lays in the hands of its teams, but how should a Manager interact with his team members in order to get the best out of their potential? Which is the most appropriate development path for a certain context?

More than two decades ago coaching was present exclusively in sports and in education, now it is introduced at almost all levels in business and personal life. These days we hear this word at least once a day. But, what is really a coaching type of interaction and when should a Manager behave like a coach with his team? When is coaching counter productive on the other hand?

  About Instructor 

Picture1Irina Miu is an Executive Coach and Senior Trainer. She has a PhD in “Creating and Developing an Organization through Coaching”. In 2009, she has got her certification as Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Association. Irina has been active in the training and coaching area for over 10 years contributing to the development of over 4,500 people from Europe, Australia and Asia. Irina has a background in human resources, business administration and supply chain management.

In her training and coaching practice, Irina uses challenging and thought-provoking approaches working with examples in order to underline the practical side of the content while using the displayed behaviours to build on different directions and invite a deeper exploration of the subject matter.

She has developed the Four Nested Levels of Responsibility Model for setting objectives, published several articles on coaching and is the co-author for a book on project management.
