About the course
This basic project management course covers all subjects of Project Management in three days. The first two days are dedicated to Tools and Techniques and the third day for the People (Soft) side of Project Management. Amongst others, participants will learn how to make good project plans, identify and manage project risks, monitor and control the project, be a good team player and lead the project, and communicate effectively across the team and with project stakeholders. The course is interactive with many workshops to apply the concepts covered.
This course exists in a generic format or adapted for the following industries: Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms, IT/IS, Construction, Engineering and Oil and Gas
